AiNote uses state-of-the-art AI models that achieve high accuracy rates. For best results:

You can always edit the transcript manually if needed.
Troubleshooting
If AiNote can't access your microphone:
- Open Settings on your device
- Scroll down and tap AiNote
- Make sure Microphone is toggled ON
- Restart AiNote
If transcription isn't working:
- Check your internet connection — Transcription requires network access
- Check your subscription status — Make sure your subscription is active
- Select the correct language — Ensure you've selected the right transcription language
- Restart the app — Force close and reopen AiNote
- Update the app — Make sure you have the latest version
If your subscription isn't being recognized:
- Restore purchases — Go to Settings in AiNote and tap "Restore Purchases"
- Check your Apple ID — Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase
- Check subscription status — Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device
- Wait a few minutes — Sometimes Apple's servers take time to sync
To free up storage:
- Export and delete old recordings you no longer need
- Delete audio only — You can keep transcripts while deleting the audio files
- Check "Recently Deleted" — Make sure you've emptied it
💡 Audio files are typically larger than transcripts. Deleting audio while keeping transcripts is a good way to save space.
Recording and real-time transcription use significant processing power. To conserve battery:
- Lower your screen brightness
- Keep your device plugged in during long recordings
- Close other apps running in the background
- Use Low Power Mode when not recording
